Robert Simon Siegel
Robert Simon Siegel is CEO and Founder of Global Optimal Health Group, a training company that helps businesses transform health from a cost into an investment that drives productivity.  His passions are optimal human functioning, innovation and Afro-Cuban percussion.

Internationally known author of Six Seconds To True Calm:  Thriving Skills For 21st Century Living, Robert is a psychophysiologist, corporate trainer, Yi Ren Qigong Instructor and stress specialist with over 20 years clinical experience.  Robert’s articles have been published internationally, nationally and in various local Seattle magazines.

Robert developed Optimal Health Trainings as a proactive health innovation to provide practical solutions to ever-rising healthcare costs.  This skill-based methodology produces optimal health, optimal functioning and simultaneously eliminates (not “manages”) stress damage with lifelong skills to better operate body, mind and energy.  Thousands of people have improved performance and achieved more vibrant health without medications.

His client list has included Chevron USA, NBC, Port of Seattle Police Dept., Providence Health System, Washington Athletic Club, Pritikin Longevity Center, King County Dept. of Natural Resources, LA County Dept. of Children’s Services, Pacific Enterprises and TRW.

As a psychology major, Robert earned a Master of Science from the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut and a BA from the College of William and Mary in Virginia.
